We built this solar power informational site because we are passionate about renewable energy, saving the Earth, and helping people to help themselves.
We also believe that utility companies do little or nothing to help reduce pollution or lower costs, preferring to focus on their ever-increasing profits. The simplest solution to their corporate greed is to educate and empower as many people as possible to become energy self-suffcient. Last time we looked, corporations did not own the sun!
Our focus is to bring the very best information, tutorials, and products available on the subjects of solar, wind, and other renewable energies to our visitors. We try to educate and empower our visitors to take control of their own energy needs and become energy self-sufficient.
We recommend only items and technologies that we feel meet the high standards for true sustainability and minimizing our impact on our already overburdened planet. We also like cheap. Cheap is good.
